global ebay is cheating us , the USA Dollar price is dropped and 1$ = 44.375 INDIAN RUPEES ,

But am watching a speakers set from past 1 month and the price is not dropping at all :(

Just note down transaction ID from bank statement. Contact eBay customer care with payment details. They will approve / refund payment for sure, it's matter of 3-5 days wait. Tip for fast refund / approval of pending payment--Behave sincerely with ebay agents.

i don't know how, but they approved the payment. after the first email to them i didnt even bother writing/contact them anymore. maybe cause of that they approved it.

Congrats buddy!! Now you have an option to request refund from the seller in case of no longer interested in the ordered item.
 
something worth 19k will be MUCH cheaper in the local market. 500 rupees off will still not help. Try looking in your market for a better deal. What exactly is it? Is it the samsung wave? ;-)
