UPDATE: I checked the T&C for Ebay Edge. The points can be redeemed till 31st January 2011.

But when I tried to redeem, it gave me this error:

"Sorry, your request could not be processed successfully. Please contact eBay Customer Support to redeem your points."

I sent this mail to Customer Care:

Dear Ebay,

I currently have 100 Ebay Edge Points in my account. However, when I try to redeem these 100 points, I get an error that says:

"Sorry, your request could not be processed successfully. Please contact eBay Customer Support to redeem your points."

I believe that the Ebay Edge points can be redeemed till the 31st of January, 2011 as per the Terms & Conditions of the Ebay Edge Scheme.

Kindly guide me in this regard and help me out in redeeming my Ebay Edge Points.

I have received one mail from khojguru "Rs.400 voucher and flat 20% off on electronics, gifts and flowers", but unable to view as it went into spam in yahoo, when I checked the messsage, it is showing as blank message, trying from yesterday, did anybody received the same message?.
 
I bought a Canon 495 using the 500 Off coupon from ebay.... I received it yesterday.. I believe it was a fabulous deal..

I paid 4200 after applying the coupon.. I got the following things bundled..

1 Canon 495 Blue camera (Seal packed)
2 4 Gb. memory card
3 Original canon camera case
4 2 Unicross rechargeable batteries with the charger (Sealed)
5 2 Panasonic cells (Sealed)
6 2 rechargeable eneloop batteries (Sealed) I guess seller included it by mistake, it was not mentioned in the description anywhere.. :D

And the best part is.... Image quality is awesome.. :)

I already have a FZ35 but for general purpose it's a low price good camera.. :)

^ +1 . I still haven't received my Diwali gift ( 320 gig portable HDD ) . They always provide me the exact same mail , "we have escalated this matter from our

end " . As of now i just hate ebay :(
 
Even when I call CC I receive ready made answers.
One GEB transaction was not honoured by ICC after 10+15=25days I initiated refund request which was appealed against by ICC.
Now customer care says it will(ebay guarantee) will be resolved in 20 days.:S
Total time 10+15+20=45days to wait till I get MY money back.:huh:

Well... It won't be that easy with me...

I'll go straight to their corporate Office and make their life miserable... I have the law on my side; I am a practicing Law student!! :p

It's not about the 100 rupees. I might as well end up spending a lot more than 100 rupees in harassing them for my rights... But, I won't tolerate any nonsense from them.
