Not a direct encounter, but one online. My mind kept telling me something was wrong with this 'technical report'.

when i was in college in computer science class we were given a stupid question(Open C drive!!!!) my friend sitting next to me asked me what he should do??

an IT student 3rd year at Heritage Institute of tech. Kolkata was tellin me to install win7 on his 8yr old compaq pc with 640mb RAM and 40GB HDD. apparently he was having trouble with audio drivers. :/

there group was exchanging some views about upgrading a friend modem
one of them was getting pathetic speeds with his internal pci modem
so guess what??
other guy suggested shift to a pci express16x modem and you will get speeds like never before...:rofl::rofl:

Yesterday my friend who got a new PS3 called me and told me the news ... i said congrats ... and then he was like yea i got the PS3 caz its free online but xbox you need to give charges .. i said yes true ...
after such intelligent talk guess what did he say
called me about half and hour later n told me he cant get online with hes ps3 ... i asked whats the issue. .. he said it doesnt signs him into psn .... nor he can browse websites using the ps3 browser ... i asked him if he has configured hes connection and he was like what connection ... ps3 has free net uses with its inbuilt net why should i connect it to my connection ... :|

A colleague was wearing a nice watch.
Another colleague asks : "Nice watch!! Which company"
colleague says: "Quartz" :death:
Me says : ":chair: Quartz is some mineral, Not a company"
Another colleague says : "Quartz is written all almost all watches, Are you sure it's a mineral?"
Me says: "Coz it's there in all watches that's why it's wrtten, there are 2 types of movements, quartz and mechanical, and mostly, watches use quartz movement. And I am pretty sure about it that, it's a mineral, not a company. If you have a doubt, Google's your friend."

Well this is a story of last Saturday..I got a new Canon EOS 1000D DSLR...one guy wanted to ask the specs of camera...so below are his questions and my answers:
1. How much memory this cam has?
Ans. I told 4GB and it's not inbuilt. We can always increase memory by putting memory card of higher capacity.
2. How much zoom it has got?
Ans. I told it depends on lens, right now the lens supports 3x zoom.
After that he didn't asked any questions. Mean while I was thinking in my mind..if he asks how many mega pixels....I would have answered it depends on camera body...right now it's 10 but i can get higher mega pixels by getting another body and using the same lens
