^^ Does it have PF measurement too?

No Raghu, this is one of those cheap clamp based DMMs (Mastech make IIRC) I had sourced from the local electronic components retail shop. This doesn't have a PF measurement facility.

I've seen some expensive Fluke models with some of my colleagues (used for measurements during the DG trials) and those may have that feature.

Anywhere from 10 days to a month. I had ordered a pair of HDMI right-angled converters and those arrived in 12 days to Surat from Hong Kong. No tracking facility.

had ordered a energenie from their ebay.co.uk store on 17th, received it today, this better than the old model because it has removable button cells instead of the old battery

What is the use of these meters ? I have no idea.

Measure the power consumption of the device plugged into its socket. Some of the advanced models display power factor, amperage etc. Essentially you get an idea how much power your device is consuming. So you can estimate how much it adds to the power bills.

For eg. If it says 500W on the display. 500W used for 2 hours will be 500 x 2 Wh = 1000 Wh = 1kWh.

If the device is used for 30 days a month, total consumption = 1kWh x 30 = 30 kWh.

If one unit (i.e. 1 kWh) is charged say Rs. 5 in your region, this device takes up Rs. 150 to operate for a month.

Just to give you a rough estimate.
