I am almost done with weeds. Last episode of season 7 remaining and yes it tends to get boring but i do not like to stop in between so i have continued till end.
You won't find a Hindi version for almost any of the English TV series. If you feel you will have difficulty getting the accent, i suggest that you get the subtitles along. This will help you initially. I did the same and i was never interested in english TV series until i started watching LOST after lots of recommendations.

How is Arrested Development ? I have ALL the 3 seasons and each episode seems to be of half an hour so i was more keen on finishing it first. Is it recommended ??

Arrested Development is really good. You would like all the characters in it. All are unique. Too bad they finished it in 3 seasons.

Have been watching Justified. Four episodes into the first season as of now (I think 2 seasons have aired till now.) and the show is quite good. Anyone else watching it?

I have started watching "The Wire". Currently half way though first episode of season 1. I know this show has very high rating on IMDB but i don't seem to be liking much as of now. May be something like this initially happens with everyone as it takes time to start liking a new show.

I don't know if I recommended this here, but you could try Babylon 5. Complete at 5 seasons. A Sci-Fi show that has everything. Great setup, diplomacy involving lots of alien races, action. I am in the middle of season 3 right now. Season 1 starts of a bit slow but 2 & 3 have been great and online reviews seem to indicate the show maintains its quality through the to the end.
So its time for an update of my ratings... Watched lot of TV shows. Watched few of them again. Lets see if i have change of heart for some.
I havent included all the shows i have.

Arrrested Development - One of THE brilliant show for the last 10 or 15 years.
Sherlock - Yes. It is THAT good.

Joey - Just the mindless tactics. but it was nowhere near friends.
Malcolm In the Middle - I had 2 older brothers. So it kinda was fun to watch.
Lost - First 2 seasons i loved. Then it got mystical and shit.
Anthony Bourdain No Reservations - I love food.
3rd Rock From Sun - Its a good one time watch.
Californication - He gets ****ed up and ****ed. literally.

The Office US - US is far better than UK one. I thght after Carell it will die. but its not.
Archer - I had and didnt watch for long. but now i love it.
Fringe - Current season is boring for me.

I found season 6 much much better than season 4 & 5
Normally in TV shows and movies they just try to spoon feed you information about the characters, the plot, etc. Most shows have to write up a self contained pilot based on which the show is commissioned, and the idea is that by the end of the show everyone knows what the show and its characters are about. There are some pilots that do this brilliantly - e.g. Breaking Bad pilot - but the harsh truth is it is fake exposition. I am not criticizing it, after all most literature/movies/TV are fake and fictional and much less to do with real life than they pretend, but I do think something more realistic is orders of magnitude more compelling for me.
And that is why The Wire is so brilliant. There's no spoon feeding of information, no character ever "explains to the audience", every thing in the show is like how it happens in reality. There is no "instant gratification". It takes the first 6 episodes just to introduce its main characters. But at the same time, it is massively entertaining, because it selectively shows the most interesting scenes, with the everyday stuff happening off screen. So, give it some time, it is like no show you have ever watched before. You will get used to it and by season 2 you might be hooked.
For The Wire fans, watch Treme. Absolutely the best show on TV right now.
