English TV series discussion

well on the basis of info provided on imdb i assumed only 8 episodes this season. Yes, i had hopes on low winter sun.. starting was good but it is a dull show according to reviews. AMC needs another hit show like saul goodman's .

Every year its like that. They dont reveal details about the 2nd half of the season until late nov or something.

That said, anyone can put a context to what happened in the end of E01? Looks like something new.

Watched the entire "The League" Series till date. If anybody digs "It's Always Sunny.." they should definitely check this one out. Crude Language Alert!

Watched a few pilots and other relatidvely new shows -
Agents of Shield - Bleh!
Arrow - Watched a few episodes. Ok. Filled with bad actors.
The Michael J Fox Show - Meh!
Crazy Ones - Strictly Ok!
Trophy WIfe - Boring.

Have to watch Sleepy Hollow.

Also, they have enough characters and storyline (from comics) to keep going for maybe 10 seasons or more. AMC won't let go of this franchise for as long as possible. With BrBa finished, TWD is all they'll have left after Mad Men ends.

Yeah ...they even air reruns in black and white every thursdays

So I'm on the 10th episode in Season 6 of Supernatural and though the story has gone batshit crazy, the show somehow still continues to be entertaining. I might be able to explain it better in spoiler tags:

I like the "soul-less" version of Sam. He's more bad-ass than Dean and is really focused. Castiel never ceases to amaze me. His character in this season has turned out to be quite amusing, if not anything else. In the 10th episode 'Caged Heat', I really laughed my arse off when Castiel kisses Meg back and says "I learned that from the Pizza Man". I didn't see that coming. Dean's reaction to that was totally precious. This season is a mixed bag, but I'm entertained so far.
I like this Season 6.

I have not watched Supernatural for long. Still in S06.

Oh I see. I'll be up-to-date by this weekend. Too bad season 9 has just started and will have to wait till it's completed. Anyway, I found season 7 to be much more interesting than season 6. There were quite a lot of episodes which featured good side characters like DJ Quallas and Felicia Day. Then there was an episode where Dean is sent back in time to 1944, which was quite good.

Unfortunately, Casstiel and Bobby got the short end of the stick in this season. Casstiel got royally shafted and they used him quite loosely in this season.
