English TV series discussion

another week, and another mention of how awesome sons of anarchy was in the last episode. only 2 more episodes left to go in the season :(

and wow, ed norton and gorgeous liz banks guest starred on today's episode of modern family :D
 
how i met your mother - the current episode was funny

smallville - going ok as usual... i think episode story are pretty weak this time around.. clark fighting ordinary villians.. blah... need some freaks to make it more interesting...

heroes - getting more crazy... nothing can be taken for granted... and the script writers are taking for granted that you have been glued to it since season one for all episodes..

my two cents..

this week's episode of Dexter was pretty good {in terms of how they'll proceed in this season}

I think Dexter's wife, Rita will start banging her neighbor guy {yoga classes :p} which Dexter will eventually find out and set him up {like he did with her ex husband}.

Trinity didn't kill Lundy/shoot Debra and like they revealed, the killer/shooter's height is similar to that of Masuka which means that probably Trinity's son killed him {cos Anton looks taller than Masuka and no one else in the storyline seems to be a killer}

again, that one episode set this season up really nicely :D
 
^What has trinity's son got to do with anything? :p If its not trinity then I am sure it was the chick that Quinn is banging.

And no I don't think Dexter will kill his neighbor. It doesn't fit his code. Hopefully they will have a break up and we will never have to see Rita again.

HIMYM's latest was decent but its just stopped being LOL funny..the 1st 3 seasons were hilarious..

any1 here watch House MD and Two & a Half Men??
 
Season 3 of Chuck returning to NBC for a special two-hour premiere Sunday, January 10th at 9/8c.

The 3rd episode will then play the very next night at Chucks old slot on Mondays at 8pm. Heroes will shift back to its old 9pm time-slot.

Trinity's son hasn't got anything yet but they can easily twist the story and make him a killer- a novice killer {influenced by trinity} :p

{i really feel he's got some role to play in the series somewhere :D}

btw that Quinn's banging partner may have something to do with the killings as well.
And -- i didn't say Dexter will kill the neighbor guy. I said he may "set him up" - remember in season 2 Rita had a husband and Dexter drugged him and set him up which finally sent him to prison.

Watched the first episode of V as well. Found it to be extremely sad minus Morena who's obsly here to satiate the scifi geeks :p. The show's premise seems to be really good, but it gets let down by some extremely sad acting skills.

Also saw the first episode of Sons of Anarchy. I'm hooked! pretty good stuff.. production values could be a lil better through :)
 
V is going ok, better than Flashforward atleast. White Collar on the other hand is getting better. The show has a Chuck like charm which is why I like it.
 
V and Flashforward are like opposites imo.

One takes 4-5 episodes to introduce plot twists.. the other throws 4-5 episodes worth of twists into a single episode.

Insane twist in Dexter :O
some might have seen it coming.. still awesome shit :evil:

Hmm just started watching 2.5 men, am on season 5. The show is crazy, dunno how I missed it all along !!

Lie to me is getting really good these days, and TBBT is just simply awesome. Infact the last 2 episodes of HIYMM were decent too.

Stopped watching stargate universe, never thought I would actually, but its a kinda show I would avoid at all cost (over-dramatization, shaky camera, cheap thrills), but it had the stargate franchisee which I so loved. Just hope we get another Star-trek series...
