Graphic Cards GPU pricing trends

Just wanted to ask here, I suddenly needed another gpu for my sister's pc. The zotac passive cooling gt 210 on that has been overheating again and again recently and reapply thermal paste this time isn't helping anymore(plus it's in a small lenovo desktop).
So I went on olx and searched for a gt 710, found one from gigabyte with a single fan model for around 2.5k (could bargain down to 2k hopefully). Is it a decent price?

Diverging to a bit of different query here, but will a fully functional GTX 460 have buyers as well? Not trying to make a quick buck in any way but I think this GPU can be put to a better use by someone.

even US could not really do anything with crypto! banning of anything leads to black market. Govt had no option and everyone knew, so they started "if i cannot stop it let me make money out of it" and started with 30% tax!

That's pretty hurtful. They shouldn't have meddled with transaction fees atleast. Crypto transactions help people in dealing with people from afar.

If you're going for Mars (what Elon Musk conveys about Mars Colony), digital currency is the way to go and this is just eyewash.

GTX 1060 6GB or 1650 super, fair price would have been 9-10k max.

1060 6gb was around 16-18k.
1050ti was around 11k.

Had my GPU purchase deal didn't go wrong I would have listed my 1060 3GB for 8k+ shipping but not anymore
