30* days

I wonder what will happen if someone edited the purchase date on the original invoice and uploaded that to Zotac extended warranty registration.

Is there any way for Zotac to find out that when the card was actually purchased?
Actually that's a severe risk of you and the card getting banned and forget extended warranty. You might not get the actual warranty too.

As they ask for a bill copy and possibly keep a central database of all their GPUs as you have to email ZOTAC directly for RMA. After the confirmation only then guys like KAIZEN etc will accept your card for RMA.

So better not to do such unethical methods.

Oh, I didn't know that sellers/shops also send the bill copies to the respective companies.

No, one cannot register the card after 30 days of purchase. This has been discussed 100 times. Now stop asking for the process brands follow for their extended warranty. This is not a scam forum and we are not here to find out ways to cheat. This is a price discussions thread and keep the queries confined only to the price. When the card is clearly used and the policy of extended warranty is clear then why try to be oversmart? This is a nice way to get your serial number blacklisted.

Been wanting to put a budget build together, and decided on either an rx580 Or rx570 8gb variants, but I'm kind of lost on the pricing would be really nice if someone can help!!

RX570 and 580 are quite old as well as must have been mined to death. Those were very popular during the mining craze. I know mining won't hurt most GPUs, but memory and fans are susceptible to failure after that many years of continuous usage. They are not worth the prices (7-8K currently) they are being sold for compared to the prices the last gen (Radeon 6000 and Nvidia 3000 series). RX6600 / 6600 XT (14-18K) will perform much better and will easily last much longer than a worn out RX580. They will also come with some warranty left while 570/580 with warranty would be super rare.

Also while we're at the topic of mining, what about the GPUs such as gtx 1050,1650 and the gtx 970.
I'm limited by my budget that's why I'm asking

If I were looking for a used GPU, I would avoid anything older than 3 years. If you are budget limited, try to find a GPU that was manufactured in 2019-20 max. Manufacturing year is often mentioned on the box. Not saying that older GPUs are all shit. You might get lucky and get a good piece. But chances are high that you will get a GPU that has been through continuous operation for 4-5 years in a dusty environment and ran on high temps. It might work for now, but how much life is left in it? I would rather save some money and try to find a GPU with warranty left on it, so I don't regret that purchase later on.

For budget build 1650, 1650 super, 1660 and 1660 super/ti are your best options.
Only buy a card with at-least 1-1.5 year warranty.
1650 ~ 7-7.5K
1650S ~ 8-8.5K
1660 ~ 8.5-9K
1660S/ti ~ 9.5-10.5K
Pricing is just for reference as it completely depends on brand, model, age, usage etc

And for the sake for your own sanity please find a reliable buyer either here on TE or deal only locally (avoid whatsapp and fb groups)
Ask for tons of high res pics of card from each angle and stress test video showing the installed GPU, temps and GPU serial in the same clip.
If someone denies pics and videos then please move to other seller.

Anyone have experience of ASRock GPU's? I know they are good in motherboard market but what about graphic cards. This 6700 XT is tempting should I go for it?

fantastic! Got the 3080ti for 52k after SBI discount.

not telling the wife tho. Did not budget for a 50k GPUs the same month I bought an iPad.

Will need to buy a new cpu and psu also right? Current running a 2700x on a MSI b450 tomahawk with a 550w psu. Any Fk deals on these?
