Also how much would the above cost?Also should i go with the 1 Gb or with 512mb model

Get the 512MB model, and about the costs:

Sapphire HD5670 512MB : ~4.4k

Corsair CX400/SeaSonic S12II 430W: ~2.45k/~3k

Don't be.

Get the CX400 and the 5670 512Mb, the difference between the 1Gig and the 512Mb version is minimal.

If your budget for GPU is 10k then buy Sapphire HD6850 ~ 9.5k along with a decent PSU like CX400 or VX450...
