IC : LA Crosse BC-900 Battery Charger W/ Lcd Display + 8 Sanyo Eneloop Batteries

Hi

Isn't this deal inclusive of the eneloops? I got my charger and the LaCrosse batteries, but no Sanyos. Can somebody else pls confirm once they get the delivery?
 
My charger does not charge the batteries to their full capacities at 200Ma.

I have not changed the current(kept it at default 200MA)
Tested on Sanyo 2600Mah batteries
Charge mode
Batteries get charged to 886Mah and charger displays full
Test mode
Batteries get charged to 1865Mah and Charger displays full

Tested on a eveready NiCd 700Mah Battery
Charge mode
Gets charged to 165Mah and charger displays full

There is definitely something wrong or i am not doing it correctly maybe..

Also the charger feels very cheap plasticky kinda..typical chinese stuff..
 
^That was done in Test mode.. first complete discharge and then charging.. but it could only go upto 1865Mah for a new sanyo 2600 Mah battery..

Are u guys able to charge ur batteries fully to their capacity?
