IC : LA Crosse BC-900 Battery Charger W/ Lcd Display + 8 Sanyo Eneloop Batteries

I already forwarded second list to KMD and he had replied that he will be placing order after some days. As far as I understand, first one is already ordered.

Sorry racy1. I'm cluttering your thread with second GO as well. I hope you don't mind.

Update from KMD for second order. Order has been already placed, but processing has not yet started (I assume at thomas distributing) due to some xyz reason. We will have ETA after 3-4 days.

No worries... At least people who missed earlier are getting a chance to have the kit... :)

The first order was placed & it should have reached KMD's NY address (I think he mentioned somewhere that it will reach there on 18th) ... We can expect to get it in next few days... So have patience everybody & hope to get the kits soon....

Received my kit today in good condition..... The charger is actually smaller than what I had thought... :D

Currently refreshing my old Ni-Cd batteries & then will check the batteries from the kit... the quality is quite good... :hap2:

Thanks to KMD for accepting the IC & getting the product pretty fast.... :clap:

its a v32 model...

sorry..on the back its written v22 u..don't know what that means. till now i have not found v33 written anywhere.

How come? Thomas distributing is claiming that they are sending V33!

I don't think it is written on the box. Somewhere it was mentioned that it shows version when you insert it in the power socket.

The only way to tell the version number of the station is to turn it on, the version number flashes for a moment when the station is turned on. The packaging is not related to the version number, as both versions were shipped in boxes and plastic. There is no difference in the functioning between the versions, the only difference is when they were manufactured.

-> From Internet....

I do not believe that there is no difference in these two revisions. Manufacturer will not put in effort to release new firmware if there is no gain. Its other thing that sometimes changes fixes one case but adds other bugs :-)

Yepp... There should be some difference.... the info is just copy pasted from a forum.. only to tell how to check firmware... even I don't believe on the opinion.. :P

^^^ Just go through the manual. Its easy. BTW my charger doesnot give any display in the second and the third slot. Is it normal? the 1st and the 2nd slot shows current in mA.

Not normal... Each slot has its separate display... which gets activated when the battery is inserted in the corresponding slot... By the way is it showing "null" for each slot if no cell is inserted but power is supplied to the charger...
