I didn't know the last part. Sorry. Customs will eventually give it to you. Don't know if they are going to charge a fee.

I get tons of things from abroad. Customs never held it. Ive just had to pay customs fee 1 in 10 times.

Regular post is usually alright. My iphone came from Australia through regular post only, insured of course...

Any time.

A suggestion though. If its been with customs for 10 days something might be wrong. Suggest you call them (Customs and post office) and confirm if they still have it or have dispatched it.

hmm strange!

My M2 was ordered on 28th, left HongKong in Aug beginning, reached delhi customs 10days ago but still hasnt reached my home (delhi) !!! :(

Now i am starting to get worried.

Did someone notify you that it has reached customs?

I used the free method. Couriers usually get stuck at customs half the time that's why I didn't use that.

Hope you get it soon.

Guys ! Have patience is all I can say .Customs holding it for 10 days is normal .Lot of times Mumbai customs have kept my stuff for 15-25 days as well and eventually the postman turns up with the parcel .Only once in 15-20 occasions Ive been charged customs that too because the idiots didn't undervalue a 175$ package .Other than that being charged for customs purely on your luck ;).

Also EMS also belongs to normal post only .EMS parcels also go through same customs guys and are delivered by your post man only .So there isn't anything like normal post better than EMS :P

Infact EMS is usually faster and traceable hence preferred over registered air mail.

@Dragonball, Did you just pay 1000 bucks extra to get the M2s delivered via EMS or are there any other items as well along with M2 ? I would suggest you wait for another 5-7 days and see if it arrives ..if not you may have to pay a visit to local post office or most probably the Delhi Postal customs guys . :)

Were you charged any duty on the phone ? How much was it undervalued ?

Also now that you've got your M2s .Please post your impressions about them .Should be helpful for other members. :)

No duty was charged and the phone wasn't undervalued since it was sent by a lady not a regular international seller. According to my research at the time, mobiles phones were duty free. Don't know what the situation is now.

My M2's are lying in Delhi. I'm in Pune but will be going there this weekend though. Could you tell me what all I need to do for the burn in process?

^ M2s dont show a huge improvement over burn-in .They sound good straight out of the box. Still you can try looping some pink noise and white noise files and run it for 20-30 hrs to see if you can notice any difference. Even playing your normal music at medium volume will result in burn in.

To enjoy the sound , just make sure you get a good seal and fit.Try different tips , if needed even the foam ones are good.

^ Not needed. unless you want to test how low does the bass go or how good is the extension across the spectrum .But both ends could be limited by ones hearing capacity as well .I myself can't hear much beyond 18Khz.

30 straight hours or a loop of 5 hours pink/white with 1 hour blank?
(I really don't know much about this):ashamed:

^ Whichever way you want. There isn't any definite time line . Its not even necessary as I already mentioned .You could just try for your satisfaction and see if you find any difference . On PC or player I just keep both the files in the play list and keep it on repeat . Manually give some rest to the earphones after 8-10 hrs .

Just got back to using the M2s as my primary IEMs since my RE-252 are dead right now. I ditched the RE-0 and picked these up after unamped comparisons. The M2s are the best VFM earphones Ive ever used .At just 50$ they easily compete with IEMs costing twice their price. I will be editing the original preview post and posting a complete review in the Reviews section for these. Anyone who wants nice and warm sounding mid-fi IEM with amazing bass and midrange and a good soundstage ,treble get the M2s eyes closed. You wont find anything better under 100$ unless you are ready to get an RE-0 \RE-1 and invest in a good amp as well. :D

Hey Fah33m my s:flo2 combo arrived today. customs = 300/-

Direct me to some list of songs to test soundstage. Right now, out of the box, S:Flo2 LineOut + M2 + FiioE5 are sounding somewhat better than RE2, But the soundstage is not much wide.

^ 300 customs , not bad . Someone else got charged 800 something that only for Sflo. By the way I wouldnt recommend using E5 with M2. Did you try M2 directly from headphone out ? To test soundstage download any good quality live /unplugged tracks of your favourite artists. :)

I finally have the M2 in my hand. Initial impression is great but the foam tips sort of kill it a little bit.
