iPhone 4s vs Samsung Galaxy S3

guys please help me choose one of these.. their specifications sound quite similar and i already have an iphone 3g(Got kinda bored with it).
i will mainly use my phone for music, games(if i get bored while travelling or in a party) and photography. ya i do watch videos on it occasionally.
how is the sound quality on both of it? Please help me with your opinions..

I am talking about camera hardware improvements and from where you are connecting two different arguments.

hardware is optics,sensors and processing chip and what you talking about is software improvements.

burst shot needs hardware support. So it is a hardware feature.

they have stripped down all of android and compiled customs version including each and every component to make special hardened version and no one is stupid enough to take stock android and start using it in military.

Honestly I dont care if US army uses Andy or Appy... And though I know 2FA I dont care what it means here.
Coz both of these are not my points.
I just look at the features that are available in my budget and go for a purchase.
I was a Nokia Symbian fanboy but last year Nokia finally ditched Symbian due to business profit issues of course and I felt little sad coz I had been using Symbian for over 9 years now. This is business. Everyone is here for profits.
But I am not some crazy fanboy like the ones fighting out here....
I dont care who is the best Apple or Android. As long as I am able to find a product in the market which satisfies my requirements of using it and does not tie me as a slave I am happy with it. My idea is if I am paying a certain amount to "BUY" a phone I no longer want the phone mfd dictating me how I should use the device as long as I am not breaking any Indian law.
With the pace of developments in technology every device is bound to get obsolete after a certain amount of time. That time frame is just becoming shorter and shorter and this adds to one more requirement that when I am spending a handsome amount on a device I dont want it to be a piece of museum in a very short period of time.
First Nokia was the market leader than some one else and then later some one else will be ruling the market share. Why the hell should we fight like dogs here and get personal on someone.
My teacher use to tell us that dont be a slave of any language or technology. Just use it as a tool to achieve ur goal. Times will change and so will languages... Its not going to be Java/.NET all the way... be flexible.
The same applies here. Neither Nokia nor Google or Apple will award us medals for being their loyals. For god sake Its just a phone not ur wife to be so into defending it. They are not going to share their profits with you for being a loyal fanboy.
U like it for a reason... use that reason and get over it.
Apple and Google both have incredible innovations to their name which changed the way we use technology. Some even changed the way people live now a days.
So stop fighting for it and taking sides. Pick the best that "YOU" LIKE. Ignore the rest.
Move on guys... get a life (wow I wanted to use that line for so long)

When I talked about pic qualities I was talking about S3. And as I already said couple of times GN camera is inferior to S2 let alone S3.
And I cleared mentioned I use mp3 player for listening music. So personally I don't give a toss about music quality in my phone. And it's not at all bad in case I wanted to listen. It's not like sound is cracking or something in other devices. Even a 2-3 thousand phones do pretty good job playing music if you listen to music rarely.

Noope, thats in no way a personal attack. It was not sarcasm. I wouldnt try any apple device ever. It is like my hatred for overhyped things like Man U, Apple and Fedrer.

You'll have to copy paste the link and open it up in dolphin.
In Android, the system asks you which browser do you want to open it with.

2) How widgets are more user friendly: Example: You can see your favorite subscribed video right from the home screen in Android. In iOS you'll have to open the app and then navigate to My Subscriptions. Many more steps.

3) The back button is in consistent in apps. Sometimes it's on top , sometimes it's on bottom in iOS.
In android, it's always at the same place.

4) NOt true multi-tasking: Can't download in background.

5) Adding a custom ringtones is cumbersome in iOS. It's dead easy in Android.


All these and more only in first part. If I do get a good response by our geniuses in these points, I'll post more points from videos 2 to 5.
Otherwise I'm not gonna waste my time.

Actually I am getting the nexus 7 and I saw a friend with ipad2 which he bought for 22k. Found it useful but then again I couldn't understand why it's priced so high. Am going to get the nexus and see what it can't do that ipad could with at least double the price

Do not want to argue or disrespect anyone,but..
1.Why exactly anyone would install Dolphin browser(or any 3rd party browser) in iphone?
Safari can do pretty much everything,in fact it can download anything(even .dmg/exe files,TW browser is GS2/GS3 does not allow these)if you know how to!

4.Of course Safari can download in the background(agreed,not so easy like Android,but doable nevertheless)

5.Custom ringtones of all things!!
How many of us even change the default ringtone?(school kids,please excuse me,no offense meant!)

Want to know about some real limitations of ios?
Lets start with the mail app,
1.You can not attach anything from the mail itself,you need to go into the app and attach from there(there is workaround,but will not explain here)
2.The mail app does not have the option to select all as read/delete etc.

I can go on,but do not want any more of mudslinging!
Really disheartened to know many Android followers here bash iphone without actually using it ever!!
Those who have used both platforms extensively do not really need those You tube videos!!How can anyone comment about usability of an o.s without actually using it!?

I'm very happy with Safari, since its best in the world. why i need to open in different browser? Apple already knows and thats why they designed like that!

yup, android lays on hardware keys. In ios, the tabs and pans are separated. so to distinguish it, different location.

install safari downloader and i download with ease or put the screen in dime but im using my pc for downloading hefty size file.

use anyring, select any particular start & end time of a song. pretty dumb & useful

what im saying is by Jailbreaking that a iphone user can broke the limit that apple laid on it.
