Today was a bad day for me I guess. After making payment, at the 'returning to the merchant site' page, their goddamn server froze. Now I'm getting the payment status as 'unpaid'. Luckily i took a screenshot of the page mentioning payment status as 'authorized' and payment ID. I don't know how long they would take to get this sorted. I have shot an email to them regarding it. I hope they do it quickly enough.

^ how did you make the payment, if you used ccavenue, then it might automatically initiate the refund, else shoot a mail to Letsbuy CC and attach that screenshot of yours. they will refund it within a week time.
BTW they have shipped my diwali gifts, expecting it tomorrow *finger-crossed*
I paid with debit card and yes, i've already emailed them by attaching the screenshot. The item's worth Rs.500 otherwise i'd have worried myself to death as I'm still a student
