I purchased it online using CC and they sent me a bill with the product showing net amount after discount (Website price - Discount (coupon used) = Net Price)amit25589 said:

No, courier guys won't, they are just courier guys working for their courier company. Al they are liable for is the physical condition. You can stall them until you check that but if the LCD or be it any product, if not working then they will not be responsible for that.Crossx said:

1. I had order 8GB Vertatim Card
2. It broke off while opening the hard package. :S
3. Sent mail of complain
that " A Broken item has been delivered"
4. CC arranging Courier Service to Pickup from my home and i will be honored with replacement though ::cool2:

damn..wasted my money on the ozone air purifier from Kent. Received the item today and not happy with the product. also, thru' google search, I had realized that these ozone generators causes more harm to health, than doing good.
Is it possible to return the product on the satisfactory grounds?
