Not sure what you want to convey here. if an item price is 5000 at their website and you applied 500 coupon, than the bill will look like (not talking about COD)

You can try your luck, here is my experience with them

I had nice & lucky experience with them Ordered 20 ltrs convection from kenstar and letsbuy given order to videocon, bangalore. Videocon bangalore sent me an 23 lts model but the package was very old/damaged one. So complained to CC and asked for new piece, but to my surprise they sent me an 23lts very new model from IFB with good packing from letsbuy itself(i guess they bought from IFB and packaged very well with letsbuy printed packing tape). Street price of the model i received is 9.8K and i paid is 6.7k

No, courier guys won't, they are just courier guys working for their courier company. Al they are liable for is the physical condition. You can stall them until you check that but if the LCD or be it any product, if not working then they will not be responsible for that.

Well here another experience i had.

1. I had order 8GB Vertatim Card
2. It broke off while opening the hard package. :S
3. Sent mail of complain that " A Broken item has been delivered"
4. CC arranging Courier Service to Pickup from my home and i will be honored with replacement though ::cool2:
