There is no way to cancel the order!! Just refuse to accept the parcel when the courier arrives. :P

There must be some way other than that. I mean I wanted this game to arrive by the weekend but it just wouldn't and IDK when Letsbuy intends to ship it. Possibly when it arrives but I don't have that kind of patience.

I'll send a mail to the customer service and see what could be done.

There is no other way. I have tried it on both COD and prepaid orders. I tried to cancel the orders before they were shipped and they just refused saying that they entertain cancellation requests only if they are done within a few hours of placing the orders or only in cases where they do not have a stock of the required products, they allow the orders to be cancelled.

Neway, you can go ahead and try. No harm in trying. :P

Its the 3rd day aramex site still shows "Shipment on Hold ".
Got call from letsbuy at yesterday night that aramex gonna sent me package today.
But,fcking aramex.....:@
Its lying in Kolkata aramex office from last three days.
And don't think I can cancel my order now.....:(

i bought a phone on 10th and no tracking details were provided to me by letsbuy , yesterday i called them n i got the dtdc docket number from them , when i tracked it i found that it was shipped on 12h and it reached the destination city on 13 and since then its lying in the dtdc office n nobody bothered to deliver it or even call me up. when i called the dtdc office they said "the delivery boy left the job and they got a new delivery boy late" , a pathetic excuse. i told them to send the package back to delhi as i am out of town for the next 10 days ,

DTDC s*cks much more than aramex :@
 
bought tea maker and roti maker for my mom yesterday and they shipped both item today via blue dart....letsbuy is suferfast i must say :P
 
Ordered late on Thursday night, got shipped update on Friday evening, received Saturday (today) morning.

Seagate GoFlex 500 GB. Good experience I must say. :)
