Assumed that speed available will always what is mentioned. MTNL mentions the speed as "upto" X Kbps for the new plans which is not a guarantee. In their tests during April sundays, many were not getting the promotional 2Mbps speed. Lets hope their contention ratio is better than the competition.
I am on the 999 plan and will probably switch to the 888 plan.
