Moko SlimCase is costlier. Poetic should also be good. carries 3 yrs of warranty as well.
not inclined to rely on cheaper cases for protection & well-being of the tab, including from AE. moreover, for now china is earning only my ire & wrath rather than our money & goodwill as far as feasible. ;)
 
yeah, that MoKo look-alike is the one that is lying in my AE-cart. read a user-feedback that its 'so-so'. :P
the customs peeps charged you more on the tab than was expected? oh yes! it was going to cost ~13k, but now 15.5k! what happened?! any fine/penalty?!
 
They charged it as ereader since it is from B&N.:confused::confused:.Thats 10% extra.Then octroi and local shipping.At least custom guys didnt rip open the packaging.

Anyway i wouldnt call the case "look alike" since moko must have got them from a similar source.In the pics it does look good.But in alekhs pic,it looks kinda cheapo.
 
oh! this is new for me, the ereader rate. and what shipping-service have you employed?
and yeah agreed that in pics the cases/any products look better than in real life. :D
 
@sarthakk250193, Are you from Pune? And how much octroi, percentage and amount was levied? Isnt LBT is there with reduced rate? You should be content ( i wont say happy) not to be levied with 40% customs which happened with me on order of mini pc.

He isn't from pune. He is from Delhi. Customs duty was about 3k,dhl fee was 200,octroi was 800.

Landing price in mumbai..Also u don't get charged 40%, if u have all proper documentation.. Commercial invoice and proper clearance documents were presented. Bill of entry shows exact duty calculation.
 
Okay for those who have installed custom rom,which one should i install??Carbon or cyanogenmod. And whats the thing with memory card install vs internal memory install?

Both are quite good.. ( I used Evergreen CM for a while... but liked the polished look and apps of Stock ROM)

Memory card install is like "live CD"... insert memory card and boot into custom rom...
Internal memory is like "HDD install"... Insert memory card and format and install into Internal drive...

I thought octroi is only in MH. May be tablet came in india through mumbai airport so octroi was levied.
