If you mean this movie, Arlington Road - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia , you are mistaken. ghajini is not even remotely similar to this movie's plotline..

Not an exact copy of Memento . Its indian version of Memento with same storyline minus b&w/colour non-linear scenes.
