From the past 3 days am facing this weird issue -

1) Phone gets hung when call comes in and I accept the phone call. (The phone keeps appearing as if the phone call is still ringing, with backlit and everything but actually the phone has hung). - Need to open case and remove battery and then reset. No other way out. Doesn't happen always but has happened twice in the past 3 days.

2) When I connect the phone in USB Mass Storage Mode on

- New PC ( hardware)

- Newly installed OS

The phone keeps on getting disconnected / connected and the autoplay keeps on coming again and again. Due to this I cant transfer any files

I know pt. 2 above has been discussed somewhere in this thread , will look thru 96 pages! now.....

2. What is the best price?

3. Is there a better phone for the price with a touch screen and with the same music features?

4. How good is the Senn headset? Is it comparable to CX 500?

facing the same issues since I bought the phone on March.

workaround -

1) connect the phone in pc suite mode. select file explorer , no issues works perfect.

2) when the autorun window pops-up , do not close the window, move it aside and use as usual...

above methods work for me....

just upgraded to v30 from v21.....

I think v31. Not sure. I too have v30 as of now.

latest is v31 but not able to update it as it says

Just run Nokia Updater in compatibility mode with Windows Vista and run the setup in Administrator mode. It worked for me.. updated an E71's firmware y'day.. And the V31 isn't available on FOTA here...

Gps is not working. I get maps but i don't seem to get signal lock, so can't locate my position. I tried it from multiple places but the signal strength is very low(just one bar).
