Agreed but I'm not into gaming, using Ubuntu for development so cant comment on gaming and can share reference found on web only. :D
 
So I am getting this weird error with W11 installation. I did an upgrade a month ago and reverted back since I had a hard time getting used to it. Now when I try to do a clean install on another partition, it throws an error that My PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements. I downloaded the iso using Create Windows Installation Media on W10, but nothing. I skipped the licence by saying " I don't have the product key" as I am trying to do Windows 10 and 11 installation so that I can get accustomed to before making it my daily driver.
I am trying for W11 Pro since W10 is also pro.

Yup. As mentioned when I upgraded (it showed my PC is eligible), it worked flawlessly. Now when I tried to do fresh install it's showing requirements not met.
Anyways, upgraded again using MS tool and is working fine for now. Really wanted to do a fresh installation to rid of glitches, if any. Seems MS wants me to have some issue or the other given that I gave them a salty feedback.:p

Ensure you have virtualisation and tpm enabled in the bios?

I read that w11 fresh install enables virtualisation based security sandboxing features which doesn't get enabled if upgrading... Maybe that's causing your error.

Virtualisation is enabled. For tpm, I have ryzen and Asrock B550M pro mobo, so it shows AMD fTPM switch as AMD CPU fTPM. It does show options as
AMD CPU fTPM
Route to LPC tpm
Route to SPI tpm
Disabled
I didn't tinker with any of the above options. Is it a must to have hardware level tpm than a firmware based tpm for W11?
My Secure Boot is disabled though. Should I enable it?

Enable on fTMP(firmware).
Enable SVM(AMD ver. of Intel VT).
Disable CSM.
Secure boot OS Type Windows UEFI

and convert your volume/drive into newer GPT from older MBR style.
Now you can install Win11 without any problem. Skipping TMP requirement will cause issues in future.

So it was Secured Boot which was causing the issue. I disabled CSM, enabled Secured Boot and it began installation.
Guess, windows PC Health Check should make a mention of this and how to enable them. I also found a flaw with PC health check. Despite having secured Boot disabled, it showed my PC was fit for upgrade.
As @vishalrao pointed out, upgrading to W11 won't check Secured Boot. Fresh install will!
