A few Observations after installing both x64 and x86 versions of the RC.
x64:
Changing the Maximum Memory in Advanced Boot Options makes the OS to use only 3.25GB RAM which should be exactly how much i assign not 3.25GB.
Somehow, keeping the Maximum memory option checked makes the OS feel as if it was 32bit.
This was the only issue faced in x64 but this was the biggest for me since i could not use my Hauppage PVR-150 card with Windows 7
x32:
Norton 2009 is incompatible with Windows 7. Does start at first, then after a few live updates will say it does not start.
And this is all over Google as well.
TuneUp Utilities 2008 is incompatible.
Riva Tuner does not work coz of the WDDM 1.1 architecture of NVIDIA drivers.
@Alsi
Remember, earlier there was tis problem i had cited of the size of WMP12 not being constant and keeps changing with the video size.
Earlier in BETA, it had worked in x64 RC it works fine.
But in x86, bam it doesn't. :no:
Now, the good part, apart from these issues, everything is lightning fast in Windows 7.
x64 is better than x86 as far as i saw, since there are very few issues in x64 version and Full HD with CoreAVC works better here than in x86.
