Well I'm in a dicy situation. I opted for cod so my money is not stuck until I pay for the phone on delivery. Few people have got good pieces. So should I take a chance? How's the tradus return policy?
 
Just give it a try if you are comfortable to keep your money with tradus for some time. Else no, if you are not willing to.
Even i'm yet to receive mine today. If anything goes wrong, i should forget my money for one month.

As said by @RS4, very fast shipping. Shipped on 18th and receiving it now. Just called the courier guy and he told me he is on the way.

Now the seller must have understood that ppl are mass ordering and then cancelling so he may send better cosmetic condition ones to secure further orders.

1. Phone is new
2. Battery is original
3. charger is original
4. Earphones are third party(Will take the 1st rank among the worst)
5. Box is AT&T white-blue(refurb) box

I can't understand why they are not giving us the original ear phones.

AFAIK AT&T doesn't give out earphones.

The only way to check is the exterior body condition as the box is AT&T refurb box.

If you are not comfortable with factory refurbs then don't accept your COD order, the phone production ended long back and its in AT&T refurb box, so don't expect shiny new experience, though the phone itself looks new.

I don't know why everyone is in so much confusion here? If you are a WebOS enthusiast then you should buy it and it should not matter that its a refurb at such a low price, if you are not a WebOS enthusisast then why take a headache with a imported handset with a dead OS where even basic app like whatsapp will need homebrew work ?

Seller should mention if it's new or refurbished, with incomplete listing a wrong message is put across which creates doubts as to why the seller has not mentioned.
Also he didn't bother to reply the message sent to him.

Palm Pixi plus doesn't comes with ear phones, only charger and USB cable provided..[DOUBLEPOST=1374332381][/DOUBLEPOST]

They were supposed to ship today but did not because of heavy rain in my area. They told me that they will ship on monday but i was not ready to wait till then. :p . I went to their office which was in the basement and was flooded because of the rain.
