Has anyone used this seller "Dawntech Electronics Private Limited"?
I need to order a washing machine and that is the only seller for most Samsung washing machines BUT has hideous reviews and ratings:

Yes, i got my hisense tv from that seller. Didn't had any issue.
They are legit for home electronic appliances. As for washing machine, i suggest get it from flipkart. They had some great discounts along with exchange offers which you can throwaway old appliances and get great discounts overall.
Ps. While speaking with the delivery persons, these exchange machines are gone for SCRAP ONLY.

Thanks my friend for your input. I will avoid ordering from that seller and will order from Flipkart (assured) instead. They have next day delivery. More than discounts and offers what I value much more is safe and prompt delivery with these big electronic items!
And I would suggest you to welcome the delivery person, give some water and ask him to wait for 10-15 minutes and check completely. Cause, it's always "7 days service centre replacement" If it was tampered or damaged during transit, you'll need to have a long battle to refund. Take video/photo with the delivery person unboxing(open box delivery). Rest i had only one bad experience with flipkart till now.

I bought my washing machine from Dawntech too. I think they have close ties with various companies, as they keep replenishing their stock pretty quickly. My machine was manufactured just a week before the delivery. I just checked your link and they seem to have 98% positive feedback for the last 1 year, and 80% positive ratings overall. I chose Dawntech as only they had that particular LG model which blr_p recommends to everyone

Amazon/Dawntech gave me 7800 for my old machine. I think fully functional appliances with minimal physical damage get employed in the rental industry.
As someone who buys lot of stuffs online and the delivery people are nice here. We usually have a talk till i inspect the package completely. What the delivery people said, they just put this to scrap only. It doesnt matter, if it works or not. If you are friendly, they havent checked any machines i exchanged. They said that they give exchange bonus only to attract and more sales. I dont know how things works on other places. Sharing my feedback with all those who had ordered the Seagate 4TB deal (5.7k). The hard disk was in a transparent plastic box and delivered the same way without any foam packaging or additional box etc. As expected, the HDD is DOA. A replacement isn't possible since it's out of stock with the seller but a refund can be issued.

I have bought an AC from them, first time it arrived the wind flap was broken, didn’t offer me replacement and had to reorder , amazon strangely just agreed for refund and nothing else, because I literally had to tip the installation guys for wasting their time

Ordered 2 washing machines from Amazon on the 2nd to separate addresses in Kolkata. Seller was Dawntech in both orders. Amazon delivery team came within the scheduled time frame in both cases, unloaded the machines and then used platform trolleys to reach the machine to my house and in the other case to my apartment (they hand carried the machine when needed). Both machines came in mint condition without any damage or dents thankfully. The delivery guys let me check the machine exteriors and interiors for any damages and only then asked for the OTP. They didn't rush me so that was good. I'm in Kolkata and the shipment was sent from Amazon's warehouse in Amta (Howrah).
