I checked them dude. It comes with an encoder but does not have target resolution. Almost all softwares have bitrates and target size and target quality of compression than target resolution :S

I am trying to encode videos for my Cowon A2 using divx or sometimes xvid. I wanted to know is their any place in any of video encoding softwares to encode the videos in target resolution (like 480x272) instead of target bitrates or target size? :)TIA
