Mine got reset on 29th itself. 9 days and all the 30gb was over.

Random mostly .. sometimes FUP gets carried over to the next month even after paying the bill. Usually a phone call will fix this.

I got my connection FUP'd 1 day ago (for JAN'12) I believe after 140+ GB of download.
 
Anybody knows the beam contact number for the Kukatpally or KPHB area in Hyderabad. Their customer service contact number is utterly useless. Last year, I called them about 20 times, but they didn't bother sending their guy to our house and even last week they promised to send someone, but nobody ever comes even to get the money for the connection.
 
Yeah was using beam in hitech city when i was there ... great speed and real value for money ... why dont other ISP's learn by them .... i hope they expand their services to other areas especially in gurgaon where internet sucks ....

Do you think Companies like Reliance,YOU and Etc.. Etc are offering 10mbps+ Plans coz they actually like their customers?

It actually depends, look at Beam ... they are giving connections at low cost cos they margin of profits are less but wanted to increase there market .. where in other do to be in the market ... so its again market strategy that each company works on
 
Got capped this morning.Hoping for a reset.But it seems unlikely,as I got a text today regarding the FUP and the portal page states the same.
