Our exchange is not in Sec-15 , its in Bawana.

AS posted above Rohini Sec-3 branch has upgraded the speeds , hope our turn is next.

Today there was a downtime since morning , net started working 30min earlier , so I guess they were doing something.

I am still on 256 K and no speed doubling. (Moti Bagh area)

I registered a complaint only to have them close it as my modem was "working fine".

I'll wait for one more week tops and then its personal visit time.

Guys, I'm paying Rs. 1099 for 512KBPS UL plan which has a facking FUP(but I dont usually download 50GB per month so I dont care)...

Just wanna noe, is my speed gonna get to 1MBPS or do I have to pay more?

You cant change the line rate yourself, its synced at the exchange.

Hmmm.... seems the 15th March date they told me will hold true. I still have the old 512kbps speed. Had fired off an email to the area manager yesterday but no change as of now.

I hit their crappy FUP in just 7 days after being upgraded, I hardly downloaded 6 GB in last 7 days and now they says I am hitting FUP

My Plan is 649/ 256 KBPS

How do we see usage ??
