English TV series discussion

Walt ends up as lumberjack after faking his own death, and as the camera pans towards his face, he closes his eyes for a second, but opens them up to stare right into it. The End; the credits start rolling.

watching following season 1 - seems interesting now,the suspense and thrill really makes me hit the next button after an episode ends.
finished longmire s2 - another good one, reco for those who like Justified
will start under the dome s1 after this, and when i get home this sat, will download the finale of dexter and watch it together, its one of the very few characters i can connect to ( i am quiet, keeping to myself, lonely kinda guy,but not murderous) no matter how the series shapes,i will always love him.
btw no one watches boardwalk empire and suits anymore?
the whole House series is rotting in my hdd for a while now, dunno when i am gonna start.
wanna start covert affairs s04 too,i know its not good, but i am kinda attached to it,
and so looking forward to watch agents of shield

watched PoI, Castle - pretty decent eps. I liked castle better though.
also dl'ed HIMYM 2 eps. yet to watch - but seems its only me who would continue that boring series. :P
(I know its not funny anymore. But its kinda self obligation :P to finish what started. )

With 5 episodes down of Mentalist, here is my opinion

The psychic logic is BS and the guy Patrick does not look convincing to me. I know he is not a psychic but someone who observes stuff well.
The story line is almost exactly same as Monk and for me Monk is miles better as it provides reasoning for whatever they find.
Seems pretty monotonous - murder of the episode and his parallel story of his family and Red John moves at super slow pace.

Does this thing improve later ? Or is it too early to judge ?

Will watch a bit more may be till season end and if i get bored, i will shun the series for now and start with something else.

No Offense to any Mentalist fans.

Yeah you might get bored. It paces slowly but its ok. Monk is definitely better.

Person of Interest S3 started without diving straight into the mythology of the Machine, but it was kinda expected as the show is moved to new time slot, it was perhaps keep new viewers interested without ton of info dump. The opening was hilarious though.

Agents of SHIELD was cheesy, cheesy and even more cheesy. The humor seems really weird and out of character at times. The ending was the worst part IMO.

Nice to PoI comeback .. though after the S02 finale the expectations were really high.

Lot more characters in the front now .. with the addition of Shaw & Root .. this brings up the female count of the show equal to the male cast ..
Amy Acker does an excellent job portraying a 'disturbed psychopath' .. the ending was really cool.

Agents of SHIELD - meh for now.
Lot of stereotypical characters thrown together, though the setting of a Superhero world was an interesting take ..

I think its relying too much on fanboyism rather than making a proper show ..
Heroes meets Fringe !

Started with Parks and Recreation, done with season 1 (only 6 episodes). Still not getting complete hang of the series. Feels a lot like watching arrested development, specially because of camera work. Also the characters keep talking to the camera.

Park and Rec changed a lot after Season 1 .. S01 was like a clone of The Office .. however from S02 the writers did major changes to the characters and made the show immensely better .. I suggest you stick it though S01 ..

The talking to the camera bit is from the 'documentary' style cinematography that this show uses .. and does it quite well actually.[DOUBLEPOST=1380388625][/DOUBLEPOST]
This is considered to an attempt at a Viral Video.. the homeless guy is actually an actor ..
