HP Touchpad for 100$ @ US online stores

umm... my Citibank CC was just charged.. for B & N transaction.. so both paypal and card info direct have been charged....

and both are saying... unable to process... :(
 
I want to buy but never bought from abroad till now. Have a Debit card.

Could someone guide on the easiest way that brings the product to my door?

Even my amazon order was on hold as debit card payment was declined, just update your payment source with a credit card.

There is a listing on eBay for $5 which is for "Where to buy HP Touchpad for $101.95!!!!!!"! Haha! Insane!
