ngPAY.approx 32.5 k :D
will up some pics and some initial impressions.

the microsim thing is annoying!

how the ngpay works, any dead pixel and how the battery.
as for the microsim, did you cut with the scissor or the cutter.

Havent cut it yet. I will be doing it in a while. Thinking of getting that template printed out.. I am going to use a sharp knife. Should be safer

No dead pixel. Thats the first thing I checked. nGPAY is a mobile app. Just buy in there, pay with CC. They get it delivered to you. Pretty darn easy.

battery, I cant comment yet. I never charged it. I kept messing with the phone. That screen and that size.... takes my breath away.

Always use the cutter if you prefer to use the microsim to any other mobile by just fixing with the converter.
Because manual cutting are not accurate with it.
And Can I use debit card to use ngpay.
Once again, congrats.

Thnx guys!
@gREen, I cut it with a knife bcs I never change phones or use others or anything like that. So I went ahead with the knife.

Ok, initial thoughts
  • Amazing screen. Amoled has better blacks granted but doesn't stand a chance against one of these. Perfect colors, real life pictures and the images just seem to float on the screen instead of buried under a glass. Amoled seems over-saturated and kinda hurts ur eyes at full brightness.:bigok:
  • Battery is just average. 2 hours of phone call, 2 hours of gps, full time on wifi and 1 hour of gaming, few texts and brightness on auto(I used the phone outside for 30 ins so brightness would have been high for those). Thats it and battery was gone. Heavy users and extra heavy users need to have their chargers on them.
  • Looks beautiful, feels beautiful and well functions beautifully. I dont care what quadrant says, this phone doesnt lag.
  • Sense 4.0 is nice. Much better than touchwiz
  • Loud speaker is a bit of a let down, not as good as Galaxy S or Moto Defy.
  • Audio is pretty good. A bit bright and bass oriented, doesnt have enough power to drive a full sized headphone(ATH A900) but works well with an IEM(Brainwawz M2).
  • I have used a friends nexus and well the mod that sense does to the "recent apps" is actually nicer. I am coming from a PlayBook and I feel right at home.
  • Camera is very good. Nice colors, low light performance is far better than any cellphone camera I have used including the S2 and Note. I havent had a chance to test the video thoroughly, but from what little testing I did, it looked pretty smooth with good colors.
  • Keyboard is CRAP. wtf have they done?
  • Browser is super snappy. No lags, no tiling, no jitters. Flawless and just works.
If I pay 35K for a phone, this is what I expect it to look, feel and perform like.

Granted the battery could be better and so could the audio and so could things like removable battery and SDcard Slot, but the rest of the features more than make it up. This is a great phone and I am a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!:clapping:

The phone is on 1st recharge? Because I feel it will take 3-4 cycles to settle the battery.

Yup I am hoping so. I will comment back in a week regarding the battery. Bcs right now am too excited and I keep using it every chance I get. and the battery does take a few cycles to settle down.

Today is a good day. Got my Note back from Samsung and HTC replaced my faulty white One X with the black / brown boxed pack piece which seems to be perfect (This one is made in April unlike the march made previous one ). So mesa happy, and sis is happy with her new mobile.

BTW this phone is giving an update notification 33mb odd. Anyone know which update is this exactly?

Screw One V.Desire S selling for as low as 15.9kDesire S v/s One V:- Both have ICS(desire getting upgrade)- Same processor and GPU- Desire S has front camera- Solid Design, no Long Chin(which makes it look like Jaffar from Alladin, ugly)- HUGE Community Support- Built like a tank, solid feel(used my friend's today)- Both got 5MP Cam, AF, LED flash(granted One V's is better)

But, V has more Internal Memory(4GB) compared to Desire S(1GB). Though only 1GB is User accessible for V, it does give us the privilege of at least having all the 1GB worth of applications on Internal Memory than on Micro-Sd Card where as in Desire at-least some of the System Software consumes good amount of 1GB Memory.

that is a major factor.. my friend bought an htc wildfire s and he got low internal memory warnings all day.. in the end he had to sell it..

I can use the full 1gb in my Desire S
and btw battery is also replaceable.

we are talking about the desire s here. wildfire s has ~400mb internal memory.
