You know what, out of the 200+ consignments I have sent over DTDC (that includes iPod Touch, cellphones among other hardware), I have never lost a single consignment in transit nor have experienced a theft (so to say like this instance). It all boils down to declaring the item properly, packing it well and if required insuring it.arun687 said:Really sorry for both the parties for the loss.
