Did 2.65 easily @ 1.47V
Stable

Anything beyond that, it just refuses to boot. :crazy:

Temps are ok, i give some more Vcore,use divider,lower multi,lower LDT multi,increase HTT after reducing Multi.......
Update BIOS 3-4 times to try out different stuff and settings.
Nothing seems to work :crash:

but interestingly, its very stable at 2.65Ghz :huh:

18th week Venice are not as good as 15th or 17th AFAIK.
But seems that since you got a 18th week 3200+
The 15th & 17th week will not be available here now :(

Well today is a hard day , the font darky has used i just didnt notice it that he had a Venice.
Funky any place in Mumbai where i can look for 3200+ Venice.
Also since u know more about Mnemonics have they got 3200+ Venice bychance
 
Shifted back to first slot.
May be i should change the SLI jumpers back to normal,just for heck of it to see if that helps.

Lets see,willt ry some other BIOS versions and also change the slots.
 
I arranged single 3200+ for my friend.
that was all that I could get my hands on.
Next availability should be in a week or two.

If its no 15th or 17th Week Venice here then the OC's wont be that gr8 at low volts or unless you have a good WC Kit

Funky if a 15th or 17th week 3200+ comes then inform be bro plz.

Try a more powerful psu. ur 400 watts is good for "normal" running of ur current config. (normal = mild o/c :D )
imho, even the powersafe 500 watts one is insufficient for some extreme 2600mhz or greater ocing on a venice. since it is limited to max 17 or 18 amps (rated , in theory) on the 12V rail , but in real world situations i guess it would be around 13 amps max.
(n.b: for the powersafe series 400watts and 500watts models, it does not make much of a difference anyways. since they have nearly the same 12V output ratings.)
and considering the amount of hdd's and fans you have got installed it would be better if you go in for a "real" dual 12V rail psu.( real meaning = its own diode , caps, etc...not the "shared" ones) for long term usage.
i do not know whether you had installed all the hdd's etc during your testing or oc'ing phase but i would still suggest a real dual 12V rail psu.
The antec smartpower ver 2.0 and TP ver 2.0 have dual rails.
 
ok..guys..need your help. I took inputs from chaos and rocky..and made it the CR 1T. the memory bandwidth bencmarks went up to 6800 ..that 's more than 12% increament. BUT..prime fails..dropping the clock from 241 to 235 also did not help. Only increasing the memory divider to make the memory drop to 188, helps..but then sandra's bandwidth memory test goes down to 4500. so what do i do..the 1T is great...but prime is more important..higher divider and same clock at 1T or higher mem clock at 2T?

Why dont you try something like quake3 timedemo to find out which is better yourself ;) Your memory is holding you back. Get something better. BTW which week is your venice?
 
both..venice and a SD have I..need to know which is better..i always thought the SD would rock..but then i think it alll boils down to mem..maybe i should pay 14K to that Delhi dude for the 512 x 2 OCZ... :-( what say..
