And what about the process that they use to SWAP the CPU from within Sealed Pack. Don't know how they could do that.I missed the 2nd half of the story!
That means it wasn't swapped in transit from the warehouse to your home; it happened even before it was entered into Amazon's inventory!
See that unboxing video again in full HD/4k resolution. One can see that original AMD seal lower half was covered by another paper like seal/sticker which I have never seen in any original amd processor box seal. And what about the process that they use to SWAP the CPU from within Sealed Pack. while this is possible, i think they are being swapped at Amazon's warehouse with the help of warehouse guardians. two or more processors getting swapped and fakes shipped from same warehouse and both originals ending up at same place (Jora) is not a coincidence. im pretty sure that 3rd from FB group was also swapped at same warehouse.I missed the 2nd half of the story!

You're right as Amazon management themselves don't have proper portfolios and control over their warehouse and delivery divisions. Same with Flipkart as well. This is not new but got more rampant these days and shows their attitude in tackling these kind of serious issues.while this is possible, i think they are being swapped at Amazon's warehouse with the help of warehouse guardians. two or more processors getting swapped and fakes shipped from same warehouse and both originals ending up at same place (Jora) is not a coincidence. im pretty sure that 3rd from FB group was also swapped at same warehouse.
YES bro, check the main / 1st post attachments. match the packaging slip Serial numbers with the Image of processors.I missed the 2nd half of the story!

It is just a White Tape Deliberately placed by them to hide the serial number .But The QR code is Not covered. You can scan it to check authenticity of the seal.See that unboxing video again in full HD/4k resolution. I tried.trust me. on call, via email. But i failed.
Customer Care told me they can only help with ORDERS.i asked them to arrange a callback , but i nerver received any.
If anyone here Knows Someone from AMAZON or Himself or Herself Works at Amazon and can connect me to the relevant team,
I can help amazon with some lead in this matter and then they can launch a formal investigation.

There are ways to open the processor box seal & then reseal it without tearing/breaking it off as per some comments on reddit. Just the fact that anything else is there on the box other than official amd seal is enough to show the package was tempered with.It is just a White Tape Deliberately placed by them to hide the serial number .But The QR code is Not covered. You can scan it to check authenticity of the seal.
If the seal could be removed and then the box could be resealed easily, then that fails the whole protection value that we attach to a SEALED BOX, specially in the case of such relatively high value items as 9 7900x CPU.There are ways to open the processor box seal & then reseal it without tearing/breaking it off as per some comments on reddit. I have messaged the admin of that group with proof against Jora. First, he was refusing to accept that Jora would do anything of that sort, as he is a "trusted" member. After seeing the matched serial numbers, he mentioned that Jora admitted to getting the processors from someone else. I have asked him to reveal the source of those processors, because they are stolen, and a legal case will be filed against Jora.
Waiting for a reply. I think Jora is the culprit, and is lying.

UPDATE: @samiryadav please keep checking the group for an updated post. Hopefully, the source of the scam will be known. You can then proceed with action.

@altair21There are many groups on FB for 'Amazon return products'. They claim the items are from Amazon sellers that received the return from customers and the products can't now be sold as new as customers will likely return again, but now we also know what the actual reality is.
nothing new here? there's shit like this going on for years now. That's why I avoid all FB marketplaces like a plague and even TE to an extent.
looks like they did end up deleting your post, those ****head mods lol, they never changeTried to post on r/IndianGaming but my post was flagged for moderation, hopefully enough lurkers here caught on to this and cancelled their orders.
a few lakhs is just a drop in the bucket for them brother, and Amazon doesnt even bear the brunt of it, they force it on the sellers instead and just take a cut of the transaction. a friend of mine owns a major Electronics brand agency, this is the reason why he doesnt sell on Amazon, customer returns product with any bullshit reason, and he has to take it back, no questions asked, and guess whether he's able to sell it again for MRP? ding ding ding! He cant, so he's forced to give major discounts on the product and sell it to third party distributors.@altair21 This is not even the tip of the iceberg, this fraud guy is just among at least a few thousand who regularly scam amazon on a scale of few lakhs every month.
probably a warehouse manager scamming Amazon and us, atleast that's how its almost is in other countries.please understand this episode is impossible without internal "setting" within amazon.
Or even the seller (Not possible in this case, as Amazon itself is the seller).probably a warehouse manager scamming Amazon and us, atleast that's how its almost is in other countries.
The mods there are not good & considering it's not even a political sub related to India that's saying something. They behave just like those bureaucrats who would rather write a half dozen pages approval letter with at least 4 different levels of signing authorities just to install a water dispenser in office.looks like they did end up deleting your post, those ****head mods lol, they never change
A few lakhs*1000 scammers=a few dozen crores every month. They force it on sellers if they are "external sellers" but any fraud done on "appario/clicktech/its various clones" is entirely borne by amazon.a few lakhs is just a drop in the bucket for them brother, and Amazon doesnt even bear the brunt of it, they force it on the sellers instead and just take a cut of the transaction.
From what I know sellers do have the option of video recording the entire process of packaging which would help in case customers claim they didn't receive the product ordered inside the package.Every time a customer orders, Amazon warehouse picks one from your items, slaps a label/packs in bigger box and ships to customer (charging a pack-and-ship fee to seller). Nowhere in the process anyone checks if your listed item and the one you shipped to Amazon are the same.
heh, they are a special case of nutjobs, I remember when these idiots came back after the Reddit API change protest and made a post about it and started banning all users who commented against them/made fun of them. The mods there are not good & considering it's not even a political sub related to India that's saying something. a bigger drop in the bucket? let me reassure you, if these actions were really getting anywhere close to the real bottom line of Amazon, they would have taken action way sooner, is it scummy? yes, does it result in losses for an org like Amazon? yes, do they account for it while calculating their financial sheets/business plan? **** yesA few lakhs*1000 scammers=a few dozen crores every month. They force it on sellers if they are "external sellers" but any fraud done on "appario/clicktech/its various clones" is entirely borne by amazon.
That's the thing, real bottom line of amazon in India is much lower than in US because of hostile political condition (the big bad MNC threatening livelihoods of millions of honest hardworking offline small shops) so they won't be going after scammers like they do abroad unless it is 100% criminal case with something like this having international connections ( https://www.indiatoday.in/technolog...ooks-and-products-for-free-2474364-2023-12-11 ) or involvement of courier/warehouse personnel. Last thing amazon India wants is a twitter post tagging offline merchants union/groups & govt ministers mentioning how amazon dared to file a case against an Indian citizen for fraud with no clear evidence (as in clear enough to compel an Indian court to give final verdict in few weeks at max which as everyone knows is almost impossible) while looting Indian customers. Anyway, where do you think amazon India is losing so much money (Rs.4854 Crores in last FY) when not many "loot deals" are coming on amazon & typical discount is also not that much compared to offline/other ecomm websites. I am not saying that figure is mostly because of fraud but I still think that around 10-20% of that loss is coming from frauds.a bigger drop in the bucket? let me reassure you, if these actions were really getting anywhere close to the real bottom line of Amazon, they would have taken action way sooner
Do you feel recently all GIF/BBD sales are providing lesser and lesser discounts? And charging platform/offer handling fees?A few lakhs*1000 scammers=a few dozen crores every month. They force it on sellers if they are "external sellers" but any fraud done on "appario/clicktech/its various clones" is entirely borne by amazon.
Please don't feel the need to feel sorry for a trillion dollar company.Well it is exactly because of the losses they have to bear because of such scammers.
