you need to click on the "select 3g data recharge" on the top. It goes to 3g recharge by default.
No. The option to recharge is limited to the values seen in multi's screenshot above. Anyway, MP BSNL site gets updated very slow, so that was expected. I just hope the 4200 option is there when I need to recharge in December. :p

did you try clicking on the "select 3g data recharge" as shown in picture?

Even for me it showed only the denominations posted above, only when I clicked on the "select 3g data recharge" I got the special value vouchers.

I have done the recharge through net, got the confirmation message (nothing to the effect that its for 3g data, just confirming the amount paid)

Did you do any of the 2000/2500/4200 RCVs successfully. Plz confirm which RCV u did.You can download some stuff and if nothing is being deducted you are onto 3G UL stuff :D

You can call up 1503 to confirm :)

Getting some kick ass speeds today.,...never got such speeds for quite some time.....:D

No Mano.. It still doesn't show up. As I said, MP BSNL is awfully slow in such things.

I did 4200rs RCV. I have tried downloading and playing youtube videos immediately, nothing is getting deducted from the balance. I hope, 6 months data recharge is successful.

oh ok. Might be they are updating the portal step by step.

^ BSNL bangalore 3G network is having 7.2 Mbps support and i always get above 5 mbps. Very rarely it goes around 3 mbps and only issue with them is shared IP :(

just took one screen shot... dont want to waste my download limit :)

As per bangalore telecom site, 3g network in bangalore is 7.2 mbps :p , but this is very old info and highly possible they might upgraded by now since last month i got the following ssage from bsnl,

"Due to network up gradation, 3G services in Bangalore will not be available from 11.00 hrs of 21.10.10 to 06.00 hrs of 22.10.10. You are advised to keep your handset in dual mode or 2G mode during this period to have uninterrupted service. Inconvenience caused is regretted." :p

^ where were you hiding with these screens all this time. :p Kickass speeds man.

I feel we are on the crux of true broadband revolution. Now waiting for atleast 2mbps UL DSL connections :)

^ Actually im a bsnl post paid user for last 3 years and i'm also one of the lucky fellow to experience fast BSNL 3G from very early days when it launched in bangalore. I couldnt believe myself when i saw the jdownloader completed a dvdrip in 20 mins approximately. And the place where im staying has wonderful network coverage(-60dBm) and it my office location its -70 dBM.
