Lucky you, i am happy at least i have mine capped at 2 Mbps, as its surprising to see for few the cap is at 1 Mbps also.

Even for me negotiated QOS is 2048kbps but i usually get 2.11 to 2.4 Mbps speeds.

My negotiated downlink QOS as shown by MDMA (Tried the latest beta as well) is weird but my speeds are definitely limited at 1Mbps.

The whole of yesterday, I was getting speeds of 512Kbps. I have not been able to check today but BSNL is acting funny and needs to get their acts together.

bsnl 3g is damn unstable these days in kolkata... i use it in my 3g phone ... for voice = 2g for data i switch to 3g... but from sumdays manualy switching to 3g is nuts... cld regster to 3g but aftr some secs it de-regstrs itself...
