BSNL EVDO - have some queries about speed and charges

both are fully portable , what you are referring is eqpt which can be either with antenna at your rooftop or a usb modem . Even photon has wimax and is fully portable
 
photon 4g whose link were attached has wimax , if you dont believe even after checking out all 3 links i posted then i cant make you believe it

Now thats a different question altogether from whether wimax is portable or not . My town doesnt have wimax , bsnl wimax not launched so cannot comment on that .
Anyone who has tried can comment on that

and i posted one is portable, one is not; i hope you get the idea of what i am saying - wimax is not portable!

and of course it is an as of date india scenario!
 
Yes. I have seen the demo of wimax USB dongle at BSNL Office.

thats what i am trying to tell him . Its just 5/6 hours google and editing wimax files will also be found like configuring the EVDO modems but alas
 
I have problems with my 595 u battery. Anyone knows if i can find a similar one locally?? I cannot buy it through ebay.com since i donot have a paypal account :(
 
if you have good signals then dont use a battery , it works without battery also . otherwise check local mobile shop for similar battery . ebay.com will take lot of time with shipping from china

I have good signals, but the modem doesnt even work without the battery. Local mobile shop wala gawked at me when i showed him that battery. Says he has not seen one like that so the chances of finding it are slim locally :(
