Would advise everyone on this thread who got their NSTs to go with a matte screen protector only. I got one from eBay for the iPad for 150 shipping inclusive. Apart from cutting out two for the NST, have enough to last me for minor things like camera LCDs and a couple of my phones.

Can you provide a link for the matte screen guard?

Which credit card did you use to pay for the cover on aliExpress? How much were you charged?
Which shipping method did you use - China Post Air Mail or Air Parcel?

Seller shipped using China Post Air Mail, which also happens to be the default shipping method for most deals that advertise "Free Shipping".
 
@hotshot05 bought the cover on December 2, it was shipped out on 5th, so should arrive this week. Tracking was unavailable due to some reason though when I checked last night, the package was still in China. However, I haven't tracked on EMS website to see if package has landed in India.

Some site with check 'babling engineer' to root NST when you Google.
Most importantly use external card reader to format the Micro SD card, and don't format it using nook. Else you'll end up with brick.

Installed Moon reader,ez PDF, ez file explorer, opera classic, feedly , Kindle app etc.
I had most paid versions. Only thing lacking is text to speech.

Battery life will get affected. At least by 30% minimum.
Un rooting is cumbersome.
Warranty void.
Root if you have specific requirements.
For eg. I needed a HTML ,chm reading , with email and Kindle, access.

Else it's a great PDF and epub reader already.

I may be interested but i am not too sure about the idea of adding 60-70gms to the weight.Besides using the reader with case on may be difficult.
I need some opinions from those who are using a case.Otherwise i am gonna go for a sleeve.
