The cheaper one is a higher model but dont buy these instead take a look at this instead:

The E350 has less performance than the P6200 but is a lot better in GPU, battery, Weight and general durability 'Less heat increases durability'

My mate has the 14 inch model of this which is 2k more but the internals are the same, he is pretty happy from shifting from a T4400 powered MSI CR500 to this. According to him its only during movie converts does he feel the processor blog down.

Required ONLY for browsing, emails, connecting camera via USB to transfer & store pics and MS Office. So no need of GPU and all... Also Acer is... :S
