Ordered a whole PC from @Prosenjit and he was really helpful in choosing the right parts. He even offered to assemble the entire PC and send and I was ok with that. I received the courier on 20th march. I couldn't open the parcel for couple of days due to work and I had informed the same to him, and finally got the chance to open it on 23rd and was heartbroken to see one side of the Case damaged, Few bent pins inside Mobo. I immediately raised it with him, after multiple follow-ups, talking to people from warehouse it was concluded that the courier insurance can be claimed only if the issue is raised within 48 Hrs of delivery which I was not aware of. And the warehouse team told me to straighten the bent pins and try, and if found not working I can raise warranty claim for the Mobo, and nothing can be done for the PC case. I was unhappy that I was told to claim warranty for a product that was damaged due to delivery.
So, finally I'm left with a damaged PC case and i'm fortunate to say that the Mobo pins worked after straightening them.
Though I'm happy with the coordination, i'm unhappy with the purchase and the resolution provided to the damaged parts. I would double think before ordering from him in future.

I know many people are so happy dealing with him, but this is just my case. Leaving the same as feedback for seller.

We are really sorry for this sir. But really don't have any choice. We will definitely try to give you other solutions. But the cabinet cost is very less (below 2K). The shipping cost for returning and send again a new cabinet will be the same for a new cabinet.
In this forum, ask anyone who has purchased from us, we always take the customer's side to resolve the issue. We have tried our best to give the lowest price and better solutions to customers.
Every online store has a return and claim policy. We are bound to that. We are bound to follow the courier company policy.
Anyway communicate with us, if you are agreed to pay additional shipping charges, we will try to send another cabinet (used/refurbished) for you. But you have to do the assembled part. The whole component returns and send will be very tough.
We don't want to lose our valuable customers. Please communicate with us and lets found a solution for this.

Well, thanks for taking your time to respond.

I 100% agree.
When I informed you that I would be able to open the courier only after 2 days, I wish you had informed me that the damages, if any due to shipping, has to be reported to the courier company within 48 Hrs. If that was the case, I would've even asked my parents to unpack the courier with a video recording, while I was in office.
Since you didn't inform me that, I took my time in opening the courier.... found damaged... etc, etc...

I'm aware. That is the primary reason why I went ahead in purchasing an entire PC with you.

It's not about the cost. It's about the first impression of buying from someone new and not happy at the end.
I would've paid the shipping charges in sending the damaged PC case back to you, if you were ready to send me a new one. But, you didn't give me this option that time. The guy from warehouse clearly told me that nothing can be done for the case and Warranty can be claimed on the Mobo if it is not working due to the bent pins. I wish you had given me this option that time.

I've clearly moved-on as all of this happened around 3 weeks back and I was desperate in finding a solution that time. I'm not in the mood to spend extra money/time in finding a solution now. Thanks for asking now anyways.

Cheers!

Experience with NationalPC/Prosenjit
I had a bad purchasing experience with NationalPC/Prosenjit
This has been going over the past month.

I saw a Corsair Obsidian in the open box sheet he has shared on TE and reached out for the same.
I was informed it wasn't available, but they had a Phantom 530 in stock. My reason to get this case was 6 drive bays to install 3.5" HDDs

On sending photographs, I found it was a very dusty and used model and they were asking 5K for it.
Upon checking pics, it was found that the 200mm fan was missing.
I asked them to reduce the price and it was brought down to 4.5K including 1 120mm ARGB fan for Rs 500. The purchase was done on March 16.

On receiving the case, I found that there were no drive bays and informed Prosenjit of the same on March 23.
They said they would search their warehouse, and after repeated follow ups, came up with the response that there were 2 drive bays in their warehouse, and the rest were missing.
On asking for a resolution, they said I could send the case back.
I was willing to wait for them to find the remaining 4 drive bays, but nothing came of it.

Finally, I called them yet again (Prosenjit/National PC never once called me to follow up, I've been doing that again and again via phone and Whatsapp) for a firm resolution and I gave them 2 options.
1. Take the case back (shipping on seller)
2. Refund Rs 1500 and send the 2 drive bays.

The other option was they had a 650W SMPS in stock and I asked to send that and deduct the money, but even that has been going on for two weeks. The last I heard was they would update me on Monday (after sharing pics of a number of modular cables for the PSU), and as usual, I heard nothing from them.

By this time I had already taken a loss on the case as I purchased 2 140mm fans locally before receiving the case. I'm still waiting for a resolution, and wanted to share this experience with this seller.

TLDR.
NationalPC is very very bad at communicating.
I've been made to run around for over a month now, without a resolution.
I've been following up repeatedly, and there is no proper response.
@Crazy_Eddy for awareness

Edit: I also wish to be clear that I do not think NationalPC has tried to be devious or has any malintent, it could have been a genuine mistake from their warehouse guys. The few times I was able to reach Prosenjit, he was open to listening. The problem arises when they fail to follow up and conclude an outstanding issue.

Dear Sir,
The health condition of our Director (Mr. PROSENJIT DAS) is very bad. He was admitted to the hospital on March 2nd week. he is still on medication and under a doctor's supervision and still in the hospital personal cabin.
The problem is, the customer communication part was handed by Prosenjit Sir only. He was very communicative and serious about customer complaints and feedback. Every 3 days we are meeting with him for 10 min only as per the doctor's guidance due to an outside infection.

We are really very sorry for your order and issues. We have received a few admin access. Please give us time, we will definitely resolve this. We have no wrong intention towards any customer.
